Haw. Code R. § 11-39-16 - Penalty for violation
(a) Any person
violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties
specified in section
321-18, HRS.
(b) Any permittee or permit applicant
violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to permit revocation,
suspension, or denial.
