Haw. Code R. § 11-45-15 - Penalties and injunctions

Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter is subject to the penalties pursuant to § 321-18, HRS, the remedies pursuant to § 321-20, HRS, and injunctions pursuant to § 603-23, HRS.
