Haw. Code R. § 11-45-17 - Purpose and scope
(a) This subchapter establishes requirements for the licensing of sources of radiation, the licensing of persons providing radiation services, and the licensing of persons transporting or delivering radioactive material to a carrier for transport.
(b) In addition to the requirements of this subchapter, all licensees are subject to the applicable provisions of other subchapters of this chapter.
