Haw. Code R. § 11-45-200 - Purpose and scope
This subchapter establishes requirements for health physics services and medical physics services and the use of these services for radiation facilities. The requirements of this subchapter apply to all persons who provide health physics services or medical physics services and to all licensees requiring these services.
