Haw. Code R. § 11-45-215 - Quarterly inventory

Each licensee shall conduct a quarterly physical inventory to account for all sources of radiation. Records of inventories shall be maintained for inspection by the department for three years and shall include the quantities and kinds of sources of radiation, the location where sources of radiation are assigned, the date of the inventory, and the name of the individual conducting the inventory.
