Haw. Code R. § 11-45-227 - Particle accelerators
No licensee shall permit above-ground testing of particle accelerators, designed for use in well-logging, which results in the production of radiation, except in areas or facilities so controlled or shielded that the requirements of subchapter 4, as applicable, are met.
