Haw. Code R. § 11-45-31 - Prohibitions
No radiation facility licensee shall allow any person in the business of providing radiation machine installation or radiation services to furnish such services to their sources of radiation or to a facility that does not have a valid license issued by the department. This does not include persons who provide radiation machine installation or radiation services for their own facility.
