Haw. Code R. § 11-45-38 - Implementation

(a) Any existing license condition that is more restrictive than subchapter 4 remains in force until there is an amendment or renewal of the license.

(b) If a license condition exempts a licensee from a provision of subchapter 4 in effect on or before effective date of these rules, it also exempts the licensee from the corresponding provision of this subchapter.
