Haw. Code R. § 11-45-62 - Control of sources of radiation not in storage

(a) The licensee shall control and maintain constant surveillance of licensed radioactive material that is in a controlled or unrestricted area and that is not in storage or in a patient.

(b) The licensee shall maintain control of licensed radiation machines that are in a controlled or unrestricted area and that are not in storage.
