Haw. Code R. § 11-45-81 - Records of prior occupational dose
(a) The licensee shall retain the records of prior occupational dose and exposure history as specified in section 11-45-44 for inspection by the department for three years.
(b) Upon termination of the license, the licensee shall permanently store records.
