Haw. Code R. § 11-45-86 - Records of testing entry control devices for very high radiation areas

(a) Each licensee shall maintain records of tests made pursuant to section 11-45-57(b)(9). on entry control devices for very high radiation areas. These records shall include the date, time, and results of each such test of function.

(b) The licensee shall retain the records required by subsection (a).
