Haw. Code R. § 11-45-99 - Exemptions

(a) Sources of radiation licensed by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission are exempt from the requirements of this subchapter to the extent the sources are regulated by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

(b) Industrial uses of portable light-intensified imaging devices are exempt from the requirements in this part.
