Haw. Code R. § 11-504-48 - Expiration of accreditation
(a) Interim
accreditation shall expire six months from the first day of the month stated on
the letter of interim accreditation.
(b) Complete accreditation shall expire two
years from the first day of the month stated on the certificate of
accreditation.
