Haw. Code R. § 11-55-18 - Reporting discontinuance or dismantlement

An NPOES permittee shall report within thirty days after the permanent discontinuance or dismantlement of that treatment works or waste outlet for which the NPDES permit had been issued by submitting a notice of cessation.
