Haw. Code R. § 11-55-26 - Transmission to regional administrator of issued NPDES permits

The director shall transmit to the regional administrator a copy of every issued NPDES permit, immediately following issuance, along with any and all terms, conditions, requirements, or documents which are a part of the NPDES permit or which affect the authorization by the NPDES permit of the discharge of pollutants.
