Haw. Code R. § 11-62-32 - Spacing of individual wastewater systems

No individual wastewater system shall be located at any point having less than the minimum distances indicated in Table II attached to this chapter in Appendix D, entitled Tables, dated July 1, 2 014, and located at the end of this chapter unless otherwise approved by the director. The minimum distances indicated in Table II shall be measured from the outer edge of each item.
