Haw. Code R. § 11-62-36 - Cesspools

(a) No new cesspools shall be constructed after the effective date of this rule unless they have been approved for construction before the effective date of this rule.

(b) The director may require a cesspool card from an owner whose cesspool has no cesspool card on file with the department. An existing cesspool card shall be completed and signed by a licensed engineer, contractor, plumber, or architect.
