Haw. Code R. § 11-62-47 - Vector attraction reduction

(a) Requirements for land application.

(1) One of the vector attraction reduction requirements in 40 CFR § 503.33(b)(1) through (8) shall be met before exceptional quality-was tewater sludge is land applied.

(2) The requirements of 40 CFR § 503.33(a) (1), (4), and (5) apply.

(b) Vector attraction reduction requirements. The requirements of 40 CFR §503.33(b) apply.
