Haw. Code R. § 11-62-57.03 - Termination of permits

(a) On the expiration date specified in the individual permit, the permit shall automatically terminate and the permittee shall be divested of all rights therein.

(b) Each individual permit coverage shall be subject to termination by the director after notice and opportunity for a contested case hearing.

(c) Individual permits may be terminated or denied for any of the reasons specified in 40 CFR §501.15(c)(3) and section 342D - 6(e), HRS, and under the procedures specified in 40 CFR §501.15(d)(2) and section 342D-6(e), HRS.
