Haw. Code R. § 11-850-26 - Surrender of license
(a) A dispensary
may voluntarily surrender a license to the department at any time.
(b) If a dispensary voluntarily surrenders a
license , the dispensary shall:
(1) Return the
license to the department ;
(2)
Submit a report to the department including the reason for surrendering the
license ; contact information following the close of business; the person or
persons responsible for the close of the business; and where business records
will be retained; and
(3) Destroy
all cannabis and manufactured cannabis products in its possession pursuant to
this chapter.
(c) No
portion of the licensing fee shall be returned to the dispensary licensee if
the license is voluntarily surrendered prior to the expiration of the
license .
