Haw. Code R. § 11-850-52 - Required security in production centers

In addition to other security features required in this chapter and chapter 329D, HRS, all production centers shall have the following security features:

(1) Secure fencing that surrounds the premises sufficient to reasonably deter intruders and prevent anyone outside the premises from viewing any cannabis in any form;

(2) All cannabis and manufactured cannabis products shall be secured in a locked room, vault, or locked container securely affixed to a wall or floor.
