Haw. Code R. § 11-850-74 - Equivalent weights for manufactured cannabis products
A dispensary licensee that produces manufactured cannabis products shall calculate the equivalent physical weight of the cannabis that is used to manufacture the product, and shall make available to the department and to consumers of the manufactured cannabis product the equivalency calculations and the formulas used.
