Haw. Code R. § 11-850-8 - Restrictions
(a) A person shall not be granted more than
one dispensary license.
(b) A
dispensary license shall not be sold or otherwise transferred from one person
to another person, except with the prior written approval of the department
following notice given in accordance with section
329D-5.5, HRS.
(c) A dispensary facility shall not be
permitted within seven hundred fifty feet of the real property comprising a
playground or school.
