Haw. Code R. § 11-850-9 - Subcontractors
(a) The provisions of this chapter and
chapter 329D, HRS, shall apply to a subcontractor in the same manner as to a
dispensary licensee,
(b) A
dispensary licensee shall not subcontract with any person who is subcontracted
to another dispensary licensee for the production or dispensing of cannabis or
manufactured cannabis products.
