Haw. Code R. § 11-88.2-5 - Decrease or termination of services

(a) Services for a participant eligible for home and community-based services under this chapter may be decreased or terminated for the following reasons:

(1) The participant meets the requirements for decrease or termination of services as outlined in section 11-88.1-10(a);

(2) Lack of state funds;

(3) This program is terminated or repealed.
