Haw. Code R. § 11-95-10 - Dietetic service
A consultive dietitian shall supervise the preparation and service of whatever special diets may be deemed necessary for the patients to meet the objectives of the facility. There shall be written policies covering whatever dietetic services are deemed necessary by the governing board.
