Haw. Code R. § 11-95-18 - Life safety
(a) Facilities
licensed under this chapter shall be inspected at least annually by appropriate
fire authorities for compliance with state and county laws.
(b) A written and posted fire control and
evacuation plan shall be maintained and kept current.
