Haw. Code R. § 11-95-28 - Radiology service
The radiology service shall be directed by a qualified radiologist and be staffed by qualified technical personnel. There shall be written policies governing all radiological procedures. Sufficient diagnostic and therapeutic radiological equipment shall be available to satisfy the objectives of the facility.
