Haw. Code R. § 11-96-16 - Equipment and supplies
Medical equipment and supplies in each center shall be of the quality and in the quantity necessary for care of clients as ordered or indicated in the plans of care, and shall include standard first aid supplies. These shall be provided and properly maintained at all times.
