Haw. Code R. § 11-96-20 - Housekeeping and maintenance
(a) Each center
shall be kept clean, safe, and in good repair at all times.
(b) There shall be records that document that
inspection of all devices essential to health and safety of clients and
personnel shall be carried out daily or at sufficiently frequent intervals to
ensure operational performance.
