Haw. Code R. § 11-96-21 - Infection control
(a) There shall be
appropriate policies and procedures written and implemented for the prevention
and control of infectious diseases and management and disposal of infectious
waste.
(b) Efforts shall be made to
promptly return to their homes those clients who have infectious
conditions.
