Haw. Code R. § 11-97.1-2 - Legal authorization to operate
A home health agency and, in cases where the home health agency is a part of a larger organization, shall at all times comply with the laws of the state of Hawaii and shall, whenever required by the director, submit to the director evidence of compliance therewith. Such evidence shall include but not be limited to, copies of licenses, certificates, permits, or other authorizations required by the laws of the state of Hawaii.
