Haw. Code R. § 11-98-08 - Fees for licensing
Appropriate fees as determined by the director in accordance with chapter 91, HRS, shall be charged by the department for obtaining a new license or obtaining a license renewal. Prior notice of the amount of the fee shall be provided the licensee.
