Haw. Code R. § 11-99-74 - Psychological services
(a) The facility
shall provide psychological services to facilitate the optimal development of
each resident, either directly or by qualified staff or through arrangements
with qualified outside resources.
(b) Services shall include at least:
(1) An initial evaluation of each
resident.
(2) An annual review of
each resident.
(3) Staff
training.
