Haw. Code R. § 12-10-104 - Vocational rehabilitation entitlements
(a) If the injured
employee is medically stable and not permanently disabled, the injured employee
shall not be referred for additional vocational rehabilitation services but may
be permitted by the director to complete an approved vocational rehabilitation
plan.
(b) If the injured employee
is medically stable and is or may be permanently disabled, the director shall
decide if the injured employee is entitled to vocational rehabilitation
services.
