Haw. Code R. § 12-11-71 - Proof of ability to process claims
Each applicant shall submit proof satisfactory to the director that adequate provision has been made by the applicant, and by each employer, to comply with the obligation to pay benefits, and from time to time, upon request, shall satisfy the director that the provision is kept effective.
