Haw. Code R. § 12-14-29 - Appropriate action based on information obtained
Information obtained from the provider, the employer, and the employee shall be the basis for whatever action the director may feel necessary and appropriate to modify, suspend, or terminate the plan or program for reasons that may include but are not limited to those set forth in sections 12-14-9 and 12-14-26.
