Haw. Code R. § 12-22-65 - Lessors required to notify contractors
A lessor contracting any construction work to the leased property that is subject to section 104-2.5, HRS, shall provide written notice to the contractor that prevailing wages shall be paid to all laborers and mechanics employed on the construction project.
