Haw. Code R. § 12-25-32 - Coffee harvesting employment permitted
Subject to all the conditions imposed by this subchapter, minors between ten and fourteen years of age may be employed or permitted to work in coffee harvesting, provided that each minor, while performing such work, is under the direct supervision of the minor's parent or legal guardian
