Haw. Code R. § 12-25-72 - Variance for pineapple harvesting
Subject to all the conditions imposed by this subchapter, a variance is granted from the number of hours in any one week and the hour of termination of the workday as specified in section 390-2(c)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes.
