Haw. Code R. § 12-43-174 - Statistical data
Upon request from the board, a public employer or an employee organization shall file with the board, no later than July 1 of every year, statistical data relating to the number of collective bargaining unit employees employed by that employer or a member of that employee organization, and wages, benefits, and employment practices in public employment.
