Haw. Code R. § 12-43-4 - Government records

(a) The term "government record," as used in this chapter, shall be as defined in section 92F-3, HRS.

(b) All of the board's government records shall be available for inspection in the office of the board during established office hours, in accordance with and subject to the limitations and exceptions set forth in chapter 92F, HRS.

(c) Government records printed or reproduced by the board shall be made available to any person requesting the same and upon making such arrangements as may be acceptable to the board for paying the required costs thereof, all in accordance with chapter 92F, HRS, and any applicable circuit court and administrative rules.
