Haw. Code R. § 12-43-44 - Assistance of employers and employee organizations
In proceedings pursuant to chapter 89 or 377, HRS, the board may obtain the assistance or solicit the views of other governmental agencies, employee organizations, public employers, or private organizations where necessary or desirable to effectuate the purposes of chapters 89 and 377, HRS.
