Haw. Code R. § 12-43-78 - List of eligible voters
Upon request from the board, the public employer shall submit to the board a list of names and mailing addresses of all employees in the appropriate bargaining unit who are eligible to vote, not less than ten days before the scheduled date of election. Subject to chapter 92F, HRS, as the same may be amended, the board shall treat the addresses of employees as confidential.
