Haw. Code R. § 12-43-81 - Notice of election
(a) The public
employer shall post notices of election, on forms furnished by the board, where
notices are normally posted affecting all employees in the appropriate
bargaining unit not less than seven days before the scheduled date of
election.
(b) The public employer
shall certify to the board that the notices of election have been posted as
required.
(c) The reproduction of
any document purporting to be a copy of the board's official ballot, other than
one completely unaltered in form and content and clearly marked 'Sample" on its
face, which suggests either directly or indirectly to public employees that the
board endorses a particular choice, may constitute grounds for setting aside an
election upon objections properly filed.
