Haw. Code R. § 12-43-9 - Extensions

Unless otherwise provided by statute or law, the board may upon its own initiative, or upon motion by a party showing good cause, extend the time within which any action shall be taken at the request of any party. A party requesting an extension of time shall file a motion with an accompanying declaration stating the reasons for the request.
