Haw. Code R. § 12-45.2-107 - Scope
Section 25.1.1 is amended by adding an exception at the end to read as follows: "Exception: The provisions of this chapter do not apply to tents and temporary membrane structures having an area 200 square feet and canopies having an area of 400 square feet or less."
