Haw. Code R. § 12-45.2-47 - Inspection and testing
Section 13.1.1 is amended by adding a third paragraph to read as follows: "A copy of a system's unsatisfactory inspection and maintenance test report shall be submitted to the AHJ within five (5) working days after the completion of the test."
