Haw. Code R. § 12-45.2-7 - Conflicts

Section 1.3.3 is amended by adding a new subsection to read as follows: "1.3.3.3 When a conflict occurs in the requirements for design and construction for new construction of buildings between this code and the building code, the building code shall apply.

Exception: This code does apply to new construction when this code is specificatly referenced from the building code."
