Haw. Code R. § 12-47-14 - Custody of records
The chief clerk or designee shall have custody of the board's official records of cases on appeal and shall be responsible for the maintenance and custody of the docket files, including, but not limited to, transcripts, exhibits, decisions, orders, rules, and approved forms.
